Do you ship to my country?

All products ship within Canada and to the U. S. Prints, greeting cards and vinyl stickers ship to Australia and New Zealand.

How long before my order ships?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days or sooner. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

Pick-up or Delivery

Local orders may be picked up or possibly delivered. There will be an option during the check-out process for “local pick-up”.

Will I be able to track my order?

Free shipping for paintings and prints will include tracking. For cards and stickers within Canada, you can choose letter mail with no tracking or upgrade to tracking at checkout. All orders to the U.S., Australia and New Zealand will include tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your item has shipped.

I am not happy with my purchase, can I return or exchange it?

If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving it. The item must be returned before a refund will be given and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What is a giclée print?

A giclée print (pronounced “gee-clay”) is a high quality, archival grade, fine art print that use an ultra fine inkjet printing process to produce images of intense colour and vibrancy. The word “giclée” comes from the French verb “to spray” and refers to the ink being sprayed onto the paper.

How do I care for my giclée print?

Handle your print carefully by the edges and do not touch the surface as skin oils can damage it. Framing under glass will provide protection from fading under UV light. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight. Avoid excessive temperatures and humidity.

Are frames included with painting and prints?

Frames are for visual reference only and not included.
