Shipping and Return Policies

Thank you for supporting my artwork! Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with care.

Original Paintings & Standard Prints (print size 12 × 16 and under)

  • Ships within Canada and to the U.S.

  • Free shipping within Canada.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

U.S. Orders

Orders ship via Canada Post and are processed through Zonos for customs compliance.

Based on my shipments so far, my artwork and standard prints have arrived to U.S. customers without additional duties or tariffs. However, customs policies can change, and any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by U.S. authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.

Large Format Prints (size 16×20 and up)

Large format prints are professionally produced and shipped directly by my trusted printing partner, Pictorem

  • Ships within Canada and the continental U.S.

  • Free ground shipping is included.

  • Each print is made to order.

  • Production and shipping times are longer than my in-stock products, usually 4 days

  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

  • Local pickup is not available for large format prints.

Greeting Cards & Vinyl Stickers

  • Ships within Canada, the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Canadian orders may be shipped by letter mail (no tracking) or upgraded to tracked shipping during checkout.

  • U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet.

  • Australia and New Zealand orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet International.

Local Pick-Up

A local pick-up option is available for most original paintings, standard prints, greeting cards, and stickers.

You'll receive an email within 1–2 business days (or sooner) when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Local pickup is not available for large format prints.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Paintings, Standard Prints, Greeting Cards & Stickers

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition before a refund is issued.

Large Format Prints

Because each large format print is custom made specifically for you, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Buyer preference

If your print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the product and the packaging. I'll work with Pictorem to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
