Shipping and Return Policies

All products ship within Canada and to the U.S. Shipping is free for paintings and prints within Canada.

U.S. Orders
U.S. packages ship via Canada Post and are processed through Zonos for customs compliance. Based on my shipments so far, my artwork and prints have arrived to U.S. customers without additional duties or tariffs. However, customs policies can change and any import fees assessed by U.S. authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.

Prints, greeting cards and vinyl stickers ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days not including weekends and holidays. This can change during holidays and busy seasons.

Cards and stickers sent within Canada can be sent by letter mail with no tracking or upgraded to include tracking. You can make your choice during checkout. Paintings, cards and stickers shipped to the U.S. will be sent by Canada Post tracked packet. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are sent tracked packet international.

There is a β€œpick-up” option for local orders. You will receive an email in 1-2 days (or less) notifying you when your order is ready, and pick-up details will be given at that time.

Returns and/or exchanges are accept within 10 days after delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item has been returned in its original condition a refund will be issued.
